We are immensely grateful to Constellation Hospice and the whole care team. Once my father entered hospice, I was relieved of the burden of his care and enjoyed quality time with him. My father was happier, comfortable, and stress free. The equipment (bed, comfy wheelchair, shower) eliminated the challenges of physical activity and pain associated with movement. Wound care lessened his expected pain. He regained his energy and was happy.
Kind Constellation staff loved him, gave me a break, allowed me to enjoy my visits, take him outside to enjoy flowers and the war of sunshine. Hospice was a blessing. Thank you for the wonderful memory of his last time on earth.
The hospice nurses were excellent. They brought me a wheelchair that was much better than the one loaned to him in the nursing home. They were very kind and thoughtful.
The chaplain was wonderful and called me at home after my husband passed away. I didn’t need extra help as I have church friends and family that have been a support system for me.
I had been a hospice volunteer many years ago, and to have such loving, caring people around me was a big comfort to me.
