As we considered updating the look of Constellation Health Care, it was our values that influenced this decision. For the past 10 years, it has been our goal to deliver the highest quality care and customer service to the individuals and families we serve. With that in mind, we wanted to create a new brand, website and public face that truly reflect our dedication to innovation, quality care, a broad network of support, and customer satisfaction.
It’s important to us that we’re recognized as a trusted partner. Our new logo is much easier to see at a glance and from a distance so that you can identify our employees and materials easily. The new star symbol celebrates our ongoing commitment to reaching for five-star ratings, a commitment that currently places us in the top 5% of all agencies in the country. The star also symbolizes our patients. We use each patient’s individual needs to guide everything we do, building a community of broad support centered around them.
Our mission to provide high-quality, customized medical care wherever a patient calls home inspired our new website. It’s now more user friendly and easier to navigate. Simple graphics and more concise information make the site more useful to patients and families in need of support. Because we currently serve 6 states and provide daily services to more than 3,200 patients and their families, staying true to our mission and satisfying our customers’ needs has never been more important.
At the same time, Constellation is unique. Thanks to our many partners and employees, we offer an innovative approach that centers around the individual needs of each patient. We believe this new brand allows us to differentiate ourselves in one more way with a fresh look that stands out. We’re excited that our new brand now reflects our dedication to making you feel valued, trusted, and heard as part of the Constellation family.
