Constellation Family,
It’s been another difficult week, and as you know things continue to change and evolve on a daily basis. With all that is happening, I find myself thinking about the bright spots. Over the last two weeks, it has become clear to me how much you care for each other, our patients, and the families we serve. The stories that have been conveyed to me, over this relatively short time, have truly reminded me why we do what we do and how blessed I am to work with the greatest employees in the world.
Each and every one of you has embraced this challenge and is stepping up to support and care for one another. From people offering to donate PTO to fellow employees, to making homemade supplies in-house for patients and their families, to going the extra mile in checking in on our patients, I am amazed by these stories.
Thank you for being part of our constellation family and caring for each other and the communities we serve.
