As you are all aware, we are living in very challenging times. The coronavirus is unlike anything we have faced in our lifetimes, and as healthcare workers we know you are being asked to step up in ways that others can’t. It is important to me that you feel valued, trusted, and heard. I see you and the incredible acts of service that you are performing for our patients in addition to caring your own families.
I feel so blessed to have you all as part of my Constellation family. I wish I could speak with each of you personally, but as that isn’t possible, I wanted you to see my face and know that I am still here, supporting and caring for you along with your managers and other team members. We think you are amazing. We see the good you are doing. Thank you so much for all that you do.
